Passion Lubes' Extra Strength Anal Desensitizing lubricant Spray Gel delivers fast and effective results, and it's safe for regular use. The water-based lube formula won't damage condoms and is thick enough to act as a lubricant or as a compliment to your regular lube.

MFG Notes:  Passion Desensitizing Anal lubricant used to come in 5% lidocaine but was recently changed without notice to 3.5% Lidocaine

Definitely not a total loss still was uncomfortable. Haven't tried it with a person so entirely possible the sissy screwed up but the people at The Enhanced Male did not...great customer service and approach. I trust them????✌️
