Bathmate Hydroxtreme3 Penis Pump & Enlargement System - Up to 3" Length

The Bathmate Hydroxtreme3 is a premium, water-pressurized penis pump designed specifically for users with an erect length of 3 inches or less and a girth of up to 6.5 inches. Unlike standard air-pressure devices, this hydraulic system utilizes water to distribute suction evenly, promoting consistent gains in both length and girth while maximizing comfort and control.

At the core of the system is a durable polycarbonate pump chamber that is completely waterproof, allowing for safe and convenient use in the shower or bath without the need for a separate water source. The device features a unique handball mechanism that provides precise, manual control over pressure levels, enabling users to squeeze in smaller or larger increments to find their ideal sensation. This level of adjustability ensures that the intense suction required for enlargement is applied gradually and safely, reducing the risk of injury associated with fixed-pressure air pumps.

Comprehensive safety and ease of use are prioritized through several key design elements. The pump includes an upgraded comfort pad that cushions the sensitive glans and shaft, distributing the intense hydraulic pressure more evenly than traditional rubber rings or air chambers. An integrated measuring gauge on the side of the pump allows users to track their progress in real-time during sessions, while a separate ruler is included for pre-pumping measurements. The device is constructed from body-safe, skin-safe materials and is FDA approved, ensuring that all components are safe for intimate contact with sensitive tissue.

Usage is streamlined by a one-click release valve that locks the hose securely into place, preventing accidental leaks or pressure loss while submerged. A sturdy shower strap is included to support the weight of the pump when used in a standing position, making the experience more stable and secure. For storage and travel, the kit comes with a durable carrying case and a security lock to keep the device safe and discreet when not in use. Bathmate recommends incorporating this device into a regular routine, with sessions lasting up to 15 minutes, up to 5 times a week, to achieve optimal results over time.

The Hydroxtreme3 is part of a complete enhancement kit that includes everything needed for a hassle-free experience. Alongside the main pump unit, the package contains a high-quality water-based lubricant formulated to be safe for use with the device's materials, ensuring smooth insertion and reduced friction. The included user guide provides detailed instructions on proper sizing, technique, and safety protocols, emphasizing the importance of measuring correctly before beginning. Reviewers consistently note that the water-based environment significantly reduces the discomfort often associated with air pumps, making the process more tolerable for extended sessions.

Proper sizing is critical for the effectiveness and safety of this device. Users are advised to measure their erect length and girth using the included flexible gauge or a piece of string and ruler before purchasing. The Hydroxtreme3 is engineered to fit penises up to 3 inches in length and 6.5 inches in circumference when fully erect. Attempting to use a pump that is too large can lead to severe bruising and tissue damage, so accurate measurement is the first and most important step. The pump's chamber size is fixed, so it is not adjustable to fit different sizes, making the pre-purchase measurement process essential.
