How to use
Begin with a clean nozzle to avoid the spread of bacteria, then fill the bulb with water that is a little less than lukewarm to avoid any internal burning.
Prime your hole for the nozzle by using a clean, lubricated finger to relax the opening before insertion. Gently hold the nozzle against your anus and gently insert.
Carefully squeeze the bulb to avoid releasing too much water at once. Hold the water inside you for a few seconds before letting it out.
Repeat until the water running out of you is clean or until the bulb is empty.
