The bag has to be hung at the height that is comforatble for you to use but high enough to allow the liquid to flow freely.
Screw the tube into the bottom of the bag
Screw the adjustable tap to the other end of the tube.
Attach either the rectal or vaginal fitting
To adjust the flow of liquid use the cap
Instructions For Washing
Wash douche in warm soapy water and rinse in clean water
Allow the tube to hang so that it can dry properly
Leave bag open so that it can dry properly
