I decided to go for a 6.5" because I've had 8/10" in the past, and they always go to deep and make a mess (if you know what I mean). This goes the perfect depth, hits the prostate perfectly, and the head is nice and pronounced so you really feel it (I know I'm hitting the spot when I feel like I need to pee!). My only minor complaint is that it could have slightly more girth, but even as is, this is great! Best I've ever had!
