Excellent product with great value for money. I bought thinking it would not last very long as it is very well priced but a year later and they are still going strong when a more costly version I bought previously broke after 4 uses. First time ever used restraints with my girlfriend. Unfortunately, one of the retractable clips was broken when we tried to use the set, which did spoil the full effect. Customer Service quickly replied to my email, though, and a replacement set has been sent already. The product is sturdy, though, easy to use, and the cuffs are comfortable to wear. Worth the money for sure. Just check everything is working before trying to use it...
