Not a great first impression

Received this product today (2/21/20) and was very excited. Upon taking it out of the package I noticed the shape was nice, and the material was solid enough to maintain shape while not being too rigid that it could cause pain. Decided to do a fitting test to make sure it would work out once the time to use it came around. This is where the problems began. 1. Ring that wraps around the shaft is way too small, I consider myself to be above average girth but not that much above average. Ring was far too tight and uncomfortable. 2. Other ring is too large and doesn't stay in place. 3. After the testing, I noticed that the rubber of the shaft ring was already starting to show signs of wear and was beginning to tear, haven't even had any action with it but I don't have high hopes that it will withstand any sort of use, if I can even get it on.
