To use these balls, first lightly cover them in a water-based lubricant and insert into the vagina, leaving the retrieval loop out. To begin with only use the balls for an hour or so. As you get used to them you’ll be able to go about your daily routine with them in place.

Please Note: The retrieval loop and attaching string on these balls are made from fabric rather silicone and therefore we do not recommend that these pelvic floor training balls are used repeatedly

Bigger than normal but these balls with lots of lube can put you in bless. Found them to be pleasureable if you like them big. Not for the faint hearted. Plastic feel is ok but not that great.

These are a good if you want to try kegal balls on a budget, but it's important to note that the string cannot be cleaned properly unless you maybe boiled it? So they're not ideal long term.
