I love the simple design, it's very smooth and easy to keep clean. The entire thing is silicone coated which is great, particularly for the low price bracket. However maybe the silicone makes it too soft, because once it was in I couldn't feel a thing! No vibration, nothing like the hard plastic kegal balls I've used before. Still the best in the lower price category as it can be cleaned properly unlike the cheap string ones! And fine for kegal practice, just not very stimulating. It might be a little too small for beginners.
