It took a bit of stretching but once it was in this thing fills you up. Small enough neck that it makes it very secure to wear without worrying about it slipping out

The plug has an inner core with a outer layer moulded over it. Unfortunately these are not fit together and there is a cushion of air between them.
The plug has a great gentle taper and is fairly soft making it great for opening up. The flared base is of a good size, so no worries there.

Great!!! I love this one. The Doc Johnson sila-gel toys are great quality and very slippery when lubed up. This is not one for beginners, it is a great gateway into the world of large anal toys. It stays in very well and is soft enough to be comfortable once in but firm enough not to bend or buckle when inserting. it is even great for people who insert toys larger than 2.7" in diameter as something to leave in for a while once you have finished your ass stretching for the day
