Wowzers

As a cross-dresser I love these stockings. Come right up to top of my thighs. Just where I wanted them! They look and feel amazing. Especially with heels! And the floral pattern is lovely and detailed. Highly recommend to anyone. They come in the usual Lovehoney packaging, so very discreet thanks Lovehoney. One happy customer.

My favourites

I'll start by saying that I'm more of a hold-ups kinda girl usually, but that's out of necessity, not choice. I'm real short and finding stockings that fit my legs is an absolute nightmare. If they fit, they usually come up too high for me to attach straps to them, which means they just fall down. I have had some good luck with a Lovehoney stockings in the past, though, so I decided to give them another try when I saw this gorgeous rose printed pair. They arrived packaged in a purple cardboard sleeve. There's an image of an animated lady wearing the stockings on the back, which I really liked as it's classy and makes me feel comfortable with my purchase. Inside the sleeve, the stockings are stored in a plastic with a piece of card inside them to maintain their shape. My first impressions were good. I think these stockings are delightful even off the body. I couldn't see the full pattern at first which lead me to think that I had the wrong pair, but it becomes more visible as the material is stretched across the skin. They appear to be well made and they're not super thin, so I had no worries about snagging them upon first wear. I've worn them upwards of ten times since and they're still as good as new. Very good quality considering they only set me back £7.99. I was a bit nervous that my stocking nightmare would continue as I pulled these up my legs, but thankfully they don't finish too high on me. I would say that they finish higher up on my five foot frame than they do on the model, but that was to be expected. I can make them work with suspender straps, providing the straps are very adjustable and short, so I'm pretty pleased. I think that these are more of a winter stocking though as the heavy pattern and thickness makes them a bit much to wear in the heat. Overall, these rose patterned stockings were a success for me. I think this is possibly the best pair that I own, and definitely my favourite in terms of design. They are the perfect pair of stockings to team with an otherwise plain, dark piece of lingerie. I love them! I would be really happy to see Lovehoney stock these in other dark colours.

Eye-catching Stockings

These arrived in the usual Lovehoney hosiery packaging - nice and simple with a little picture of the item and general instructions about washing. As I rolled these up my legs I noticed how soft they felt against the skin and not at all harsh and scratchy like some lace products. The stockings are made from a pretty rose patterned lace which has just the right amount of stretch to it, and the lacy thigh band is nice and deep, which means they hug the thighs nicely without any digging in. The lacy thigh band attaches easily to suspender clips. These floral stockings are very comfortable to wear and look very delicate. I really liked the pretty floral lace aspect and felt that they added a little extra touch to an outfit. Teamed with a plain skirt or dress they certainly looked very eye-catching, but also looked fab when worn with some sexy lingerie for a night in too! Whatever you wear them with your legs will certainly get noticed in these sexy stockings!

Lacy and Gorgeous

These stockings arrive in a bright and happy purple coloured cardboard packet, with the Lovehoney logo on the front. The stockings themselves are contained within a cellophane packet. It all looks very clean, simple and very modern. When I took these stockings out of the packet, I could feel immediately that these were a quality product. I am a size 10 and these stockings are a one-size. I am 5” 5, my inside leg measures 31 inches and they fitted me perfectly, and looked incredibly sexy on. Just a note - if I was not walking around too much, and just laying in bed, the lace tops actually stayed up comfortably without having to use a suspender belt. It was only when I was walking and moving around that they started to slide down. The stockings have a thick black seam running down the inside of each stocking, but as this finishes at the toe seam, and does not go under your foot, it does not make them uncomfortable at all. Due to the pattern, the seam is well hidden, I just found it a bit unusual. The stocking tops are nice and deep, with small flower detailing within the lace pattern. The leg of the stockings also has a lacey rose floral design, and the black is a very dark rich black. The soft lace is so thick, they actually look like lacy opaques! The design is stunning, and they look fantastic with heels. You receive one pair of stockings in this pack, but due to the high quality and luxury of these stockings I do feel they are value for money. I would highly recommend these stockings – they are sexy, comfortable to wear, and the floral lace design is really stunning!

Large sizing

had to return these which is a real shame as they felt wonderfully soft and the pattern gave great coverage. Unfortunately they where just too big for me, I'm a sixe 18/20 and usually struggle getting stockings to fit that dont dig in the thigh but these where just too big, meaning they looked saggy.

Rose patterned stockings

I was a little skeptical buying these stockings. For me my worst issue is being plus size with thick calves and long legs. 9/10 stockings only come to my just under my knee. After reading the review from another woman who was 5'10 saying they still went way up i thought well at 6'1 I'll give them a try. They are amazing they come up to my mid thigh! And I couldn't be happier! I have a boudoir shoot coming up and wanted them for that. The lace is so soft and not scratchy. And the best part my order came a week early.

I went for the Queen size in these as I wear a size 20 trousers. These were packaged really nicely and felt lovely to the touch even before I rolled them out. I've never tried stockings before that weren't hold ups so was quite dubious as to how to connect them etc. They felt so nice rolling them up my leg. They feel quite sturdy and I wasn't afraid they would rip or catch and the pattern is gorgeous. Im only 5ft 6 so they were a little long for me but have kept them as they are so beautiful. Other reviews have said they are quite baggy. I would agree with that to a certain extent. I have quite chunky thighs. They don't feel tight like a hold up or a pair of tights would feel but once clipped up stay in place fine. I have only bought these for the bedroom. I could imagine that if all day wear would make them go baggy like you find with tights. All in all though a great purchase. The hubby loves them and loves running his hands up and down them so I'm happy!

Unfortunately these were far too long!! They are gorgeous though. They feel soft and look so pretty. I am only 5’ 1 however I don’t normally have a foot of stocking left at the bottom. I made them work by reducing my suspender straps fully and wearing heels and tucking the rest into the shoe under the sole. If you are tall these are perfect!
