Doxy Extra Powerful Purple Die Cast Massage Wand Vibrator

The only thing I can say is wow!

I had wanted a Doxy for a while since I'd heard such good things about them, but couldn't decide between the Doxy original or the Doxy die cast. The Doxy die cast itself came in a beautiful presentation box with foam inserts so it can be stored safely when not in use. When myself and my partner came around to using it for the first time we both fell in love; it's so shiny, has a nice bit of weight making it feel even more expensive than it is, and the beautiful buttons which light up; very handy if playing in the dark! The silicone head feels amazing against your skin, but not quite as good as the deep rumbly vibrations feel when used as intended. Wands - they get the job done

And that's why in my research I ended up going with the Doxy Die Cast. My bed is near a power outlet, so the cord isn't an issue at all. And efficiency is exactly what the Die Cast is. Being a newbie to vibrators, it took me a day or so to get accustomed to how strong the vibrations are. The lowest setting is nice and deep and rumbly, a really nice intensity to use to warm up. I feel like the next step up is quite huge, but again, I'm a beginner to wand vibrators. I've read that the Die Cast has better options for lower intensities and I suppose while I get more used to the settings I'll be able to appreciate that more. It's not a huge negative for me, since I'm more receptive to stronger vibrations, but might be an issue for people who are sensitive to that. That being said, a few minutes on the first intensity then a jump to the second or maybe even the third and I basically project myself into another plane of existence. I can't fault the vibrations on this at all. It does start to feel buzzy at the higher speeds - but again, being new to this level of vibrations, I probably won't be sitting on those speeds that long to get numbed. The Die Cast only has two patterns. One steady vibration across 6-7 intensities and the pulse pattern. Not many bloggers talk about the pulse pattern, but I thought I'd mention I like it a lot! It was the reason why I went with the Die Cast, and not, say, the Le Wand, which a friend pointed out has heaps of patterns - because even with my Tango/Mini Wand, the only patterns I used were, you guessed it, the steady state and the pulse pattern. The intensities change the speed of the pulse, increasing/decreasing the time between pulses. It's been perfect for edging, but I've also been able to cum pretty quickly with the pulse patterns as well. I'm also super new to penetration, and with some anxieties I have with sex, I struggle to relax and let go during an orgasm, even in a completely empty house, but the Doxy Die Cast has been so useful for this. It doesn't even give you time to be self conscious once you kick it up to the right speed for you and it's been super helpful for me leaning into actually orgasming, instead of stopping myself at the last moment. As for appearance and construction: the head is firm but the texture is nice and silky and the body of the wand is gorgeous. It's solid but not too heavy, but I am quite physically fit. It may be an issue for some people to hold up, but I do like leaning it against me when I'm on my back when I grind against it. The buttons are super receptive. Again, really helpful if you don't live alone since it's so easy to turn of. This can also be a bit of a double edged sword, however, as it's also really easy to turn on. The light up buttons are a nice touch, but honestly, I find I never have to look at the buttons. I can always tell what I need to press by their shape and positioning. I also bought the Lovehoney G-spot attachment for it. I haven't tried it yet, but it fits perfectly even without lube, and isn't hard to take off at all. A couple of downsides: 1) I wish Lovehoney stocked different colour variants. I really wanted it in red and only got it from Lovehoney instead of another site because of the afterpay sale+combined UNIDAYS discount (the purple is gorgeous though! I'm just picky). 2) At low speeds, it's not loud enough to be heard through a closed doors, but it gets pretty loud. 3) Also noticed that it will start off a little rattly when you turn it on, but in a couple of seconds, smooths out into a nice purr.

The ultimate Doxy
