I received the Ansell Lifestyles Ribbed Condoms as a test and review item and set to the task in hand. Me and my OH don't tend to use condoms that often and have never tried any of the textured condoms on the market so weren't quite sure what to expect. The packaging was neat and practical, nothing special but what can manufacturers do to make them more attractive or interesting. Each condom was packed in a red foil plastic which opened really easily which is a good plus. The texture was nice and thin, not too much lubricant or any off-putting odour as some used to be like. Very easy to apply and although I could feel the ribbed sensation when I put this on my OH I didn't feel any heightened sensation during sex which was a little disappointing. The condom stayed on, didn't move or split during sex which is always or almost always in your head when using this method of contraception. Overall these are good condoms and practical however I wouldn't say that they gave me an out of this world orgasmic experience.
