The gear includes two heavy-duty cuffs that can be adjusted to 11.75 inches. There is also a double padded collar that can be adjusted to accommodate a 22-inch neck. The cuffs and collar can be strapped together with the adjustable back strap. The heavy duty nickel free hardware will not tarnish so it will always look great even after many uses.
