YES But Organic Anal Lubricant 100ml

A pricey, but very good water-based lube

I love this stuff. Looking specifically for PH regulated lube - who knows what it amounts to unless research is done, but makes sense as a starting point - this is the only one that even makes mention of it. And does it. Whether it holds true or not, from packaging to the information provided on their website and the kind of product (I also did not want glycerine - which may or may not be bad for this use - or parabens), and when in use, it feels like a carefully professionally formulated product. I have tried silicone, oils and one other decent water-based eco lube. And the aforementioned two definitely make themselves noticeable. I don't know how much better this is compared to the other water-based lubes. But I would say you definitely feel "taken care of". And there is no burning or itchiness, and it feels... natural is the wrong word, reasonable and balanced in how it stays, and dries. Consistency is runny, which I think is good since it is easy to spread. For me it is hard to gauge how thick it is. But it is not thin, but not very thick either. But it feels somewhat gloopy. I believe it is moisturising based on how it feels (aloe vera is a listed ingredient), and there is no itchiness, burning, or anything like that. And using it over several days, it worked very well. Obviously the body is going through a lot of washings, and water, and this just felt like another part of that. In a lot of ways it generally reminds me of water, duh. Also in how it feels in and around. In a good way. It doesn't get in the way (in terms of water-based, which of course is.. wet feeling). My bottle has run out, but from what I recall it had a scent, but very mild and it did not linger or get stuck in your nose, and I thought of it as positive if anything, so it was not bad. The bottles opening is wide and the lube runs generously through it. This is where the negative start. Everything is working as intended, you should use a lot. But the issue is the price. You will run out quite fast even if you try being conservative, which you shouldn't have to be in the first place. It has a intended usage which needs liberal applications and water-based dries out. If YES gave the opening a (preferably removable) tip which it flows through but not as widely it might help a bit to get only exactly the amount you need every time. Price may be justified (at which Lh offers it at) for this size - it's using ecologically sourced ingredients, but for it's intended use, it is pricey, in practice. If it was offered in larger quantities for a better price-to-ml ratio (and competitively matched) it would be harder to fault. And/or if feasible, a pounder or two was shaven off from this one. As it stands I will definitely buy more of this, but try other options too, for the stated reason.

Good for all rounder

We really enjoyed using this lubricant and will buy again. It had no scent and did not leave a sticky silicone type residue being water-based. It had no taste. Whilst not the same as natural moisture, I do not think if inserted for vaginal sex, that anyone would know! It didn't 'feel' like using lube. Moisture remained active for a good amount of time. It was not drying to the skin and seemed to disappear, rather than feeling like an additional something to be washed off. This was used for traditional heterosexual sex and anal sex

A lovely anal lubricant

First of all, thank you Lovehoney, for giving us this lovely lubricant in exchange for an honest review. We love it. The Yes Organic Anal Lubricant comes in a beautiful packaging. Inside the box, I also found a small leaflet with some information about the product and how to use it. The first thing I did when I received the lube was to try it out on my hand. That is something that I always do with lubricants as I don't want any bad surprises after using it on the more intimate parts of my body. I have had a few bad reactions in the past and I don't long for that to happen again. But no bad reactions at all with this product. When it dried out, my skin was not sticky at all, just so, so soft. The texture is truly lovely. It is not as thick as a few other anal lubes I have tried, but it feels rich and super slick. I also like the fact that it has no smell or taste. I am not a fan of lubes that tastes and smells like chemicals, so this is just perfect. When this lube first arrived, my husband was away and I spent some time trying it out alone with my anal toys. I used it with butt plugs and anal beads and they all slipped in very easily. We are not exactly the king and queen of anal sex, but we do enjoy a good session of anal fun now and then and we have used this lube three times now. It works perfectly and there has been so no need to reapply during our sessions. The Yes But Organic Anal Lubricant is also great to use with masturbators. We have used it with my husbands Tenga eggs and a Fleshlight, and he says that it feels very nice. So all in all. This is a wonderful anal lubricant. It has a lovely texture, it is long lasting and non-sticky and has no nasty smell or taste. We love this anal lubricant and we can highly recommend.

Yes but, no but

I love that this is an organic lube, and as far as lubes go it does the trick. It's got quite a nice smell and doesn't taste of anything. However, me and my partner found that this dries out really really quickly, and in one session we ended up using almost half the bottle, and this makes it seem really expensive for how fast you use it.
