California Exotic Silicone Kegel Training Set (5-pce)

The California Exotic Silicone Kegel Training Set is a five-piece collection of weighted pelvic floor exercisers designed to help users strengthen their internal muscles while enhancing sexual arousal through a unique, body-safe design.

This comprehensive kit includes five distinct weights ranging from 40g to 120g, allowing you to progressively build strength and endurance in your pelvic floor muscles. Crafted entirely from phthalate-free silicone, the exercisers are soft to the touch and completely safe for intimate use, ensuring comfort during both training sessions and sexual play.

A standout feature of this set is the extended retrieval cord, which makes insertion and removal effortless and hygienic, eliminating the need for fingers or other tools. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn proper Kegel techniques or an experienced user seeking to increase muscle tone and sensation, this weighted system offers a versatile, non-intrusive way to improve pelvic health and pleasure.

The weighted design serves a dual purpose: the added mass provides resistance necessary for effective muscle strengthening, while the weight itself stimulates the pelvic area to increase arousal during the workout. This combination allows for a holistic approach to wellness, where physical exercise and sensual gratification go hand in hand, making the routine both functional and enjoyable.

For optimal results and safety, it is recommended to use only water-based lubricants with these silicone toys, as oil-based products can degrade the material. The set is also designed for easy maintenance; simply sanitise the exercisers before and after use with a dedicated anti-bacterial toy cleaner to maintain hygiene standards. The varying weights allow you to customize the intensity of your workout, starting with lighter balls and gradually progressing to heavier ones as your muscles become stronger.

Each exerciser features a smooth, rounded shape that is comfortable for the vaginal canal, with a total length of 2.5 inches (6.25 cm) and a width of 1.25 inches (3.25 cm). These dimensions ensure that the toys are insertable for most users without being overly large or uncomfortable, providing a gentle introduction to internal training. The retrieval cord is long enough to allow you to comfortably adjust the position of the exercisers inside without needing to reach deep into the body, offering a sense of security and control.

Regular Kegel training with this set can offer significant long-term benefits beyond just sexual pleasure, including the potential reduction of pelvic floor disorders, improved bladder control, and enhanced core stability. By incorporating this simple, non-invasive routine into your daily or weekly schedule, you can take proactive steps toward better pelvic health and a more satisfying intimate life, all from the comfort of your own home without the need for a gym membership.
