If I had paid $20, I would have considered this a fair price for what it is. $68 is an absolutely insane price point for a piece that broke within one month of use.

Let's start right at the top: the vibration itself is pretty slow, even on the higher settings, although I wouldn't call it weak--the result is a buzz that itches more than it stimulates. The entire wand shakes when it's on, so it's not like the vibration is localized to any part of it. Also, for what it's worth: I tend to have a hair-trigger orgasm, and I can usually get off in a few minutes. This wand routinely took 10 minutes plus. My partner, who needs a lot more stimulation than I do, rarely managed to get off before the battery literally died on them.

That's the other thing: the battery life (while she lasted, RIP) was, from full-charge, about an hour. If you haven't used rechargable wands before, you might think "an hour seems like plenty of time to me", which means it's either going to die on you when you really don't want it to OR it can live on its charging cable. It's a nice touch that they give you a lint-free bag to put the toy in, but you're not going to get a lot of use out of it.

And, of course, it's dead. By dead, I don't mean that it completely doesn't turn on, which might indicate user error or lack of charge. No, the wand is charged, and it should be running fine, which I know, because you can occasionally get vibration out of it--two seconds at a time, while waving it around to try and get whatever wires are in there to connect. Do you remember the early 2000s, when you had corded earbuds but they were pretty messed up, so you had to twist the cord around into juuuust the right position to listen to your music? And sometimes it would just stop for no reason, so you'd have to twist it around again, and again, rotating your iPod (again, RIP) in every direction, desperately trying to get it to work? Now imagine you're trying to masturbate with that. That is the kind of "broken" I'm talking about.

Again, if the product had been $20, I would have been a lot kinder. The packaging is extremely sleek and pretty, the little diamante button is a nice touch, the texture of the silicone is velvety and it comes with a little scrubbing brush to clean the nooks and crannies that you might not otherwise think of. There's a lot of cute little touches that come in this nearly $70 box, all working together to disguise an absolutely shit product.

I have never written a review for a sex toy before, and I probably never will again, but I had to write one for THIS toy, if only to implore you, the kind of person reading reviews to figure out what they want: don't waste your money. Your high school ex could pleasure you better, and they didn't cost anything but the worst years of your life.
