This leathery leopard skin print hogtie access arrived to have a play with. However it is not the full kit. For a hogtie to be effective you need some cuffs or rope to attach to the wrists and ankles. This was sadly lacking here. This is simple the connectors to those cuffs and requires you to have them (luckily we do).
