Description
Train your pelvic floor and track your progress with Elvie: the app-controlled Kegel exerciser. A strong pelvic floor can help tighten your vagina, enhance orgasm strength and maintain overall vaginal health. After all, a happy vagina = a happy life.

Once synced, use the app to track your training progress. Elvie uses real-time guidance, visualising your pelvic floor movements using biofeedback which helps guide you through the exercises and tracks your progress.

As you squeeze your pelvic floor muscles, a gem on the app lifts in response to the strength of the contraction. Progress through 4 levels of fun workouts: Training, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

Award-winning Elvie Trainer is compatible with Android 6 and newer and iPhone running on iOS1 or newer, or iPads with iPadOS 13 or newer.

Always apply a generous coating of water-based lube to the outside of Elvie, and your vaginal opening to aid comfortable insertion.

Easily the best pelvic floor trainer of its kind, Elvie is like a fitbit for your vagina. 1 in 3 women have a weak pelvic floor, mostly because of high impact sport, pregnancy and age. Elvie helps to strengthen the pelvic floor so as to improve continence, avoid prolapse and take your orgasms to the next level.

No more peeing when you sneeze! The app takes you through fun, five minute workouts that you do three times a week. You see the results in just a few weeks. Whether you're a young ballet dancer, a new mum or menopausal, Elvie will improve the tone of your vagina.

Product Reviews
Great little thing

Iv used 4 days now it’s good except the odd time I can get high then other times very low not sure if it’s in different position I try stay the same way other then that I like it

Not worth the money

I am paranoid that I am now “loose” after doing some pretty riskay butt stuff which I assumed weakened my pelvic floor. After seeing great reviews on google (around five stars) I decided to splash out the money after contemplating for so long. Sidenote ** I bought my Elvie from BabyBaby and not lovehoney ** So I had the issue that it couldn’t tell when I was relaxing or tensing. I assumed I was doing it wrong? When I pushed down hard it could tell but told me I was pushing down. I assumed I am too loose??!! Although I’ve just read another review and the lady said she was too tight and that’s why it couldn’t pick it up for her. Either way, I am 23 and no children. Most of the people saying this is good are older with children so perhaps it is better off for people like that. I just wanted to leave this review because it is a lot of money to spend if it doesn’t work. I am now trying beginners kegel balls which I bought from here. They haven’t arrived yet though. The elvie is great in theory if it were to work. I am also unsure if I was the problem seeing as I didn’t know if I were doing the exercises right. I feel like the balls will be better for me as a beginner they are a WHOLE lot cheaper and apparently your vagina just naturally holds them in which strengthens the pelvic floor. So I’d recommend trying those first!

The *Apple Mac* of Kegal Exercises
Rated 5 / 5

I bought my Elvie on a whim. The design is simple and sleek, and the App guides you through with ease. Having previously used [and struggled with] the weighted, kegal balls, this is hands-down the winner. Just a tip - charge your Elvie in its cradle, laying lengthways [not standing up]. Mine wasn't charging properly and it was user error - the Elvie customer support team was great - fast reply and very helpful.

Neat Use of Tech
Rated 2 / 5

I was a supporter of the Elvie kickstarter and got my Elvie through that. The app is very clever and makes it easier and less of a chore to do kegel exercises. However, I am pretty tight to begin with and the Elvie couldn't distinguish me relaxed from me tensing. When I would tense, the only time it would barely pick it up I was probably doing more harm by tensing that hard than good.

Not so much toy more try

I purchased Elvie for my wife following one familiar sneezing related incident after which we talked about trying some kegel exercises (grown up conversations!). My better half had tried Kegel balls before but never got on well with them but we came across Elvie and were intrigued. I looked at various online stores and discovered LH sold it. Lovehoney's price with discounts and no nonsense warranty made them on obvious choice. I surprised my wife with a parcel as soon as it arrived a day or two after ordering. She says "The packaging and un-boxing experience give a sense of the quality product that lies inside. The product itself is very tactile, silky to touch and feels well made. As a result of its smoothness it was easy to insert, even for the first time. The app from Elvie has some useful animated instruction videos to help first time users. The app itself works well and guides you through the process of setup and pairing the trainer with your phone. Elvie recommends either standing or lying down to do the exercises, I prefer the later, and then sticking to that position for consistent results. The App has different types of exercise, such as pulse, hold or squeeze. Starting at beginner level the app will taking you through training exercises each day (frequency is determined by you) and recommend when you might be ready to move up a level. Only once have we had connection issues and re-paired the device to resolve. Its difficult to say the training is enjoyable but it definitely helps with my pelvic floor. I also my husband says I feel tighter down there - added bonus! I would definitely recommend this trainer to help with those control issues ;-)"
